What is included in the Free Tier?

The Free Tier provides full access to Tibo's core AI security features, including data redaction, real-time monitoring, and basic email support. Access is limited to the first 3 months.

What is included in the Standard Tier?

The Standard Tier offers unlimited usage of Tibo’s AI security features, priority email and chat support, and advanced reporting and analytics for $10 per user per month.

What additional features does the Enterprise Tier offer?

The Enterprise Tier includes all Standard features plus customizable security policies, self-hosting options, SIEM integration, and dedicated account management for $20 per user per month.

Can I upgrade from the Free Tier to a paid plan?

Yes, you can easily upgrade from the Free Tier to either the Standard or Enterprise plan at any time to enjoy additional benefits and features. Please reach out to us directly to discuss. 

Is there a limit to the number of users on any plan?

There are no significant user number restrictions on any of the plans. The Free Tier allows unlimited users for the first 3 months, after which you can upgrade to a paid plan to continue using Tibo without limits.

How does billing work for the Standard and Enterprise tiers?

Billing for the Standard and Enterprise tiers is done on a monthly basis, with charges based on the number of active users each month.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Tibo until the end of your current billing cycle.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards and can accommodate other payment methods upon request. For Enterprise tier customers, invoicing and custom payment arrangements are available.
